Clyde W. Maxwell

Mr. Clyde W. Maxwell, age 80 of Clarksville and formerly of Sharon Grove, passed away on Thursday, July 27^th at his home of natural causes.

He was born April 15, 1937 in Sharon Grove, Kentucky the son of the late Roy C. and Anna Louise Tabb Maxwell. 

He served in the United States Army where he retired as a Lieutenant Colonel after 20 years of service.  He graduated from Murray State University and received a Master’s Degree from Central Michigan University.  He loved his family and enjoyed woodworking. 

He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by his wife Sok Chon Maxwell of Clarksville; two sons Robert Allen Maxwell of Glasgow, Kentucky and William Bruce Maxwell of Winchester, Kentucky; one daughter Nancy Rita Sebok of Eagleville, Pennsylvania and seven grandchildren.

Visitation with the Maxwell family will be on Sunday evening from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Monday morning at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Garrette Milliken officiating.  Interment will follow at the Gant Cemetery in Sharon Grove.
