Dale Welborn, Sr.

Mr. Dale Welborn, age 53 of Guthrie, passed away on Saturday, December 9^th at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee of natural causes.

He was born February 1, 1964 in Logan County, Kentucky the son of James M. and Betty (Robertson) Welborn. 

He was employed by R.J. Corman.  He loved fishing, camping, horses and especially his family.

He is survived by his wife Paula Welborn of Guthrie; one son Dale Welborn, Jr. (Ashley) of Guthrie; three daughters Michelle Smith (Morgan) of Clarksville; Jenna Cothron (Eric) of Springfield and Jordan Douglas of Fairview; his parents Jimmy and Betty Welborn of Guthrie; three brothers Ronnie Welborn of Guthrie, Timmy Welborn of Adams and Jeff Welborn of Clarksville.  Also surviving are ten grandchildren Alex, Miller, Miles, Case, Cale, Alijah, Alyssa, Naomi, Reese and Kinley.

Visitation with the Welborn family will be on Wednesday from 4:00 until 8:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home in Guthrie.  Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 1:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Pastor Karen Franklin officiating.  Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
