Mrs. Edith Crotzer, age 91 of the Claymour Community passed away on Thursday, October 19th at her home of natural causes.
She was born November 30, 1925 in Jackson County, Tennessee the daughter of the late James and Maggie (Petty) Halfacre. She was a member of Pleasant Hill United Methodist Church and retired from the Cadillac Motor Company in 1975. She loved her friends, gardening and flowers.
She was preceded in death by her parents as well as her husband Roger Crotzer (2005); two brothers James Halfacre, Jr. (2000) and Jewel Burton (2002) and one sister Beulah Frizel (2008). She is survived by two step daughters Barbara Graves of Chattanooga, Tennessee and Brenda Crotzer of Kansas City, Missouri.
Visitation with the Crotzer family will be on Saturday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Sunday at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. James Todd Smith and Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Pleasant Hill UMC Cemetery in Sharon Grove.
