Larry Hurt

Mr. Larry Hurt, age 79 of the Claymour Community, passed away on Tuesday, January 9^th at his home of natural causes.

He was born July 6, 1938 in Todd County, Kentucky the son of the late Bob Tom and Vela Lou (McBride) Hurt.  He was a member of Crittenden Drive Church of Christ in Russellville.  He loved his family, hunting and fishing.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one sister Mary Jean Butler.  He is survived by his wife Verna Hurt of Claymour; two sons Tony Dewayne Hurt (Linda) and Barry Dale Hurt both of Claymour; one daughter Vickie Lane Arnold (Anthony) of Russellville; one grandson and two great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Hurt family will be on Thursday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Friday at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Scott Harp officiating.  Interment will follow at the Pleasant Hill Church Cemetery in Claymour.
