Roger Dale Knight

Mr. Roger Dale Knight, age 66 of Elkton, passed away on Wednesday, March 7^th at Hearthstone Place of natural causes.

He was born August 30, 1951 in Elkton, Kentucky the son of Alvin Barkley and Cynthia Ellen (Laster) Knight.

He was a member of Stokes Chapel Church.  He loved playing pool, UK Basketball and he loved his church.

He was preceded in death by his father.  He is survived by his mother Cynthia Knight of Elkton; his soulmate of 22 years Charlene Gant of Sharon Grove; one son Dale Knight (Lisa) of Elkton; one daughter Heather Kay Knight of Crofton; one brother Tommy Knight of Elkton; one sister Cindy Renee Knight of Madisonville; one grandson Braden Knight Williams and one step grandson Will Bryant.

Visitation with the Knight family will be on Friday from 5:00 until 7:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home.  Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Saturday morning at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Chapman officiating.  Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Church Cemetery.

The family request that everyone wear UK blue on the day of the funeral in remembrance of Roger.
