Mr. Larnce W. King, age 78 of Sharon Grove, passed away on Tuesday, June 27, 2017 at the Spring Meadows Healthcare Center in Clarksville of natural causes.
He was born October 5, 1938 in Corinth, Mississippi the son of the late George and Mary Duncan King. He was a member of Stokes Chapel Church and attended the Potters House Church. He loved his family, fishing, hunting, playing cards and loved to make people happy.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as three brothers Bobby Dean, Vernon and Elbert King and one sister Levernge McEwen.
He is survived by his wife Bonnie King of Sharon Grove; one son Duane King of Sharon Grove; three daughters Kathy Smart of Elkton, Gail McEnearney and Karen Latham both of Lockport, Illinois; two brothers Lloyd King of Selmer, Tennessee and Eugene King of Mickey, Tennessee; two sisters Dorothy Capua of Corinth, Mississippi and Norma Sue Siddiqi of Cincinnati, Ohio; seven grandchildren, eleven great grandchildren and one great-great grandchild.
Visitation with the King family will be on Thursday, July 6th from 5:00 until 8:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home. Funeral service is scheduled to be conducted on Friday, July 7th at 11:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Mitch Hedge and Rev. Gary Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at the Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Elkton.
