Typp G. Allensworth, Jr.

Mr. Typp G. Allensworth, Jr., age 73 of Clarksville, passed away on Saturday, August 19^th at the Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville of natural causes.

He was born November 6, 1943 in Clarksville, Tennessee the son of the late Typp and Emily Rawlins Allensworth.

He was a member of the Hilldale Baptist Church in Clarksville.  He was a farmer and farming was his life.  He loved riding his motorcycle, he loved his family especially his grandchildren and his church family.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one brother Bill Allensworth.  He is survived by his wife Vonell Allensworth of Clarksville; two daughters Missy Allensworth Campbell (Jeff) of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Sharon Allensworth Reed (Cecil) of Ringgold, Georgia; two brothers John Allensworth (Jeri) and Steve Allensworth both of Clarksville; three grandchildren Connor Typp, Catherine E. and Carolina C. Campbell; one niece Emily Clouser and two nephews Stephen and John W. Allensworth.

There will be a Graveside Service for the family and friends on Saturday, August 26^th at 11:00 at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie, Kentucky with Dr. Larry Robertson officiating.

The family wishes to thank his caregiver Krista Hudson for her devotion and care.

In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be given in Typp’s memory to Hilldale Baptist Church Family Life Center, 250 Old Farmers Road, Clarksville, Tennessee 37043.
