Albert Henry Thomas

The Cook-Webb Funeral Home of Guthrie is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Albert Henry Thomas.

Albert Henry Thomas, age 82 of Guthrie, passed away on Monday, October 9th at Tennova Healthcare in Clarksville, Tennessee.

He was born May 31, 1941 in Hollow Rock, Tennessee the son of the late James and Madeline Joiner Thomas.

He was retired from Koppers, EPA and served on the Guthrie City Council for 15 years. He loved his family, coin collecting, UK Basketball and Tennessee Titans.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Charles Compton and two sisters, Jackie Farrar and Gail Camp. He is survived by his wife of 59 years, Wanda Thomas of Guthrie; a son, Tracy Thomas (Cynthia) of Clarksville, Tennessee; one grandchild and one great grandchild.

Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, October 25th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Scott Marshall officiating. Interment will follow at the Bellwood Cemetery in Adams, Tennessee.
