Cameron Michael Phillips, age 25 of Guthrie, passed away on August 6th in Cadiz, Kentucky.
He was born February 14, 1995 in Clarksville, Tennessee the son of Matthew Phillips and Vivian Vasquez.
He was a graduate of Todd County Central High School and he loved music, his brothers and basketball.
He is survived by his father Matthew Phillips (Penny) of Guthrie and mother Vivian Vasquez-Adkins of Lubbock, Texas; a daughter Lily Collins of Florida; his maternal grandparents Alfredo and Dominga Vasquez of Lubbock, Texas; his paternal grandparents Scotty Phillips of Woodlawn, Tennessee and Faith Boenau of Clarksville, Tennessee; three brothers Trey Rhodes of Lubbock, Texas, Cody John Polston of Guthrie and Anthony James Blythe of Mt. Juliet, Tennessee and three sisters Tianna Jewel Rhodes of Lubbock, Texas, Rhianna Adkins of Panama City Beach, Florida and Christina Linares of Trenton.
Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday from 5:00 until Memorial Service time at 7:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. Buck Tidwell officiating.
Due to the Coronavirus (Covid19) there will be limited capacity. It is required that if you attend the visitation or service that you wear a mask and refrain from shaking hands and hugging as well as social distancing and keeping six feet apart.
