Obituary

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mrs. Dana Hodge. 

 

Mrs. Dana Hodge, age 71 of Elkton, passed away on April 21st at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes. 

 

She was born December 22, 1951, in Bluefield, West Virginia daughter of the late John C. Phipps and Oileen Wilson Phipps. 

 

She loved her family, sewing and was a member of the Red Hat Society.

 

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, James W. Hodge; one daughter, Cassandra Hodge and one brother, John Carl Phipps.  She is survived by one son, Preston Hodge (Shana) of Elkton; two daughters, Barbara Stewart of Idaho and Laura Sharp of Montana and six grandchildren. 

 

Visitation with the Hodge family will be held on Saturday, April 29th in the Rose Chapel of Todd County Funeral Home from 12:00 until memorial service time at 1:00.
