David L. Allen

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. David L. Allen.

Mr. David L. Allen, age 78 of Pembroke, Kentucky, passed away on Thursday, October 30th at Hearthstone Place in Elkton.

David was born November 28, 1946, in Nashville, Tennessee son of the late Frank L. and Connie Hall Allen.

He was a member of Bethel Baptist Church in Fairview. He loved his family, friends, farming and working on equipment.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Judy Allen. He is survived by a son, Matthew Allen (Jennifer) of Summerville, South Carolina; a daughter, Amy Flynn (Michael) of Pembroke; two brothers, Frank H. Allen of Louisville, Kentucky and Arthur Allen (Angie) of Dawsonville, Georgia; five grandchildren, David Allen (Ariel), Tyler Owens (Kate), Brandon Owens, Brent Allen and Ainsley Allen and two great grandchildren.

Visitation with the Allen family will be on Saturday, November 8th from 11:00 until Memorial Service time at 12:00 at the Bethel Baptist Church in Fairview, Kentucky with Pastor Terry Joiner officiating.
