Don Wayne Porterfield

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Don Porterfield. 

Mr. Porterfield, age 71 of Franklin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, November 29th at the Medical Center in Franklin, Kentucky. 

He was born April 8, 1952, in Little Rock, Arkansas son of the late Lloyd and Evelyn Porterfield.

He was a Veteran of the United States Army. He loved his family, fishing and hunting.  

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one daughter, Anna Porterfield; one brother, Bobby Porterfield and one sister, Kay Basham.  He is survived by two sons, Cody Porterfield (Kristin) and Donald Porterfield both of Russellville; five daughters, Tosha Whittemore of Russellville, Melissa Porterfield of Arkansas, Angie Ganous of Arkansas, Emily Porterfield of Bowling Green and Payln Giles of Franklin, Kentucky; one brother, David Porterfield of Arkansas; twelve grandchildren and four great grandchildren. 

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
