The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Ms. Lois Elaine Wagoner.
Ms. Elaine Wagoner, age 69 of Elkton, passed away on Friday, September 19th at the Tristar Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee.
Elaine was born April 27, 1956, in Todd County, Kentucky daughter of the late William “Willie” Johnson and Nealy Spurlin Johnson.
She was a member of the House of Prayer Church. She loved her family and friends, cooking, doing crafts and going to the mountains.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, April Lykins; great grandchild, Evelynn Paige Coleman; three brothers, Kenneth, Robert & Lewis Johnson and ten sisters, Lillian Keatts, Sara Oliver, Kathleen Fletcher, Eunice Ewing, Lola Dawson, Betty Hamby, Ann Johnson, Violet Johnson, Clara Wells and Neavlean Taylor. She is survived by one son, Nelson Clay Bodes (Wendy) of Elkton; one brother, Floyd Johnson of Dixon, Missouri; five grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, September 23rd from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Nelson Clay Bodes and Rev. Jay Skipworth officiating. Interment will follow at the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton.
