Georgie King Obituary
Georgie Glenn King, age 83 of Guthrie, Kentucky, passed away on Tuesday, August 18th at Hearthstone Place of natural causes.
He was born September 20, 1936 in Butler County, Kentucky the son of the late Victor and Lovella Penrod King.
He was Baptist by faith. He loved his family, watching TV, looking at his family pictures and fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents as well as his son Tommy Glenn King and a great grandson. He is survived by his daughter Pam Dempsey (Fred) of Auburn; a daughter in law Mary Charles King of Guthrie; five grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.
There will be a Graveside Service on Sunday at 4:00 at the Belmont Cemetery in Allensville with Bro. Jim Duke officiating.
The family wants to say a special thanks to the staff and administrator at Hearthstone Place for the excellent care and time spent taking care of Georgie.
In lieu of flowers the family request that donations be made to Hearthstone Place.
