Mr. James Edward Cheatham Jr., age 79 of Franklin, Kentucky, passed away on Wednesday, August 28^th at his home of natural causes.

Mr. Cheatham was born September 9, 1939 in Keysburg, Kentucky the son of the late James E. Cheatham Sr. and Virginia L. Morrow Cheatham.

He was Baptist by faith and was retired from Unarco in Springfield, Tennessee. He loved his family, watching sports and talking to his friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents as well as one brother William Cheatham. He is survived by two daughters Holly Miles (Jeff) of Franklin, Kentucky and Amanda Martin of Clarksville. Also surviving are four grandchildren.

A Graveside service will be held on Friday, August 30^th at the Keysburg Baptist Church Cemetery with Rev. Tony Woodson officiating. At Mr. Cheatham’s request there will be no public visitation.
