James Whittaker

The Cook-Webb Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. James C. Whittaker.

Mr. James C. Whittaker, age 54 of Guthrie, passed away on Tuesday, May 13th at his home.

James was born October 1, 1970 in Nashville, Tennessee son of Harold Dean Whittaker and Virginia Lane Wright Whittaker.

He was a member of Tiny Town Baptist Church. He loved his family, fishing, riding his Harley, listening to music, cooking out and spending time with his grandchildren. James was always the life of the party.

He was preceded in death by his father. He is survived by his mother, Virginia Lane Whittaker of Guthrie; his wife, Amy Whittaker of Guthrie; a son, James Leslie Whittaker (Jessica) of Fairview, Tennessee; a daughter, Rachel LeeAnn Whittaker of Guthrie; three brothers, Kevin Whittaker (Barbara) of Booneville, Kentucky, Tony Whittaker (Rosie) and Timbo Whittaker (Jennifer) both of Fairview, Tennessee and four grandchildren.

There will be a Graveside Service on Saturday, May 17th at 11:00 at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
