Obituary

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. James “Jimmy” Marshall.

 

Jimmy Marshall, age 74 of Elkton, passed away on Sunday, June 4th at the Auburn Health Care in Auburn, Kentucky of natural causes.  

 

He was born March 7, 1949 in Logan County, Kentucky son of the late Arthur and Hettie Cockriel Marshall.

 

He loved watching Westerns and enjoyed hiking and riding horses.    

 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Jamey Marshall and five sisters, Betty Davenport, Sally Case, Yvonne Parrish, Lydia Estelle Whittaker and Brenda Henley. He is survived by a sister, Lawanda Whittaker of Elkton.

 

Visitation will be on Friday, June 9th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Rev. Larry Chapman officiating. Interment will follow at the Maple Grove Cemetery in Russellville, Kentucky.
