The Todd County Funeral Home of Elkton is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Jimmy Leroy Swank.
Mr. Swank, age 79 of Elkton, passed away on Thursday, November 17th at his home of natural causes.
He was born June 20, 1943 in Illinois the son of the late John T. and Lila Decker Swank.
He was a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saint in Elkton, veteran of the United States Airforce and retired from Delta Airlines. He loved his family, fishing and enjoyed woodworking.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Shirley Ann Swank (2014) and a brother, Gary Swank. He is survived by one son, Todd Swank of Elkton; one daughter, Tracey Ann Daniel of Texas; two brothers, Donnie Bloomfield of Winchester, Tennessee and Charles Swank of Omaha, Nebraska and four grandchildren.
The family chose cremation. There will be no services.
