Joe Waggoner

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Joe Waggoner.

Mr. Joe Waggoner, age 72 of Elkton, passed away on Monday, October 20th at his home.

Joe was born April 7, 1953, in Christian County, Kentucky son of the late Woodrow Waggoner and Nora Belle Pulley Waggoner.

He loved his family and enjoyed hunting, fishing and playing cards.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a son, Mike Waggoner; a brother, Jeff Waggoner and two sisters, Zenobia Thomas and Alma White. He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy Waggoner of Elkton; a grandson, Brent Waggoner of Elkton; three brothers, David Waggoner of Hopkinsville, Melvin “Darrell” Waggoner of Elkton and Clay Waggoner of Russellville and three sisters, Faye Brown of Elkton, Sandy Ing of Clarksville, Tennessee and Nena Francies of Elkton. Also surviving are special cousins, Wendell, Neal, Steve and Susan Pulley.

There will be a Graveside Service on Tuesday, October 28th at 1:00 at the Glenwood Cemetery in Elkton with Shane Hessey officiating.
