Joyce Whittlesey

The Cook-Webb Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mrs. Joyce Whittlesey.

Mrs. Joyce Whittlesey, age 80 of Guthrie, passed away on Thursday, March 27th at her home.

Joyce was born May 23, 1944, in Warsaw, Indiana daughter of the late Eugene and Marjorie Metzger Cauffman.

She was a member of Trenton Baptist Church. Joyce loved her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a daughter, Barbara Watts; a sister, Sharon Engelschjon and a grandchild, Shelby Vetter. She is survived by her husband, Bob Whittlesey of Guthrie; a son, David Whittlesey (Courtney) of Lancaster, Kentucky and a sister, Peggy Shivley of Claypool, Indiana.

Visitation with the family will be on Tuesday, April 1st from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Chapel of the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Rev. Greg Mathis officiating. Interment will follow at a later date with a Graveside Service at Graceland Cemetery in Claypool, Indiana.
