Kimberly Carter

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mrs. Kimberly Lynn Carter.

Mrs. Kimberly Carter, age 64 of Elkton, passed away on Wednesday, January 22nd at her home.

Mrs. Carter was born February 21, 1960, in Richmond, Indiana daughter of Karen Dawes Smith and the late Steven Hull.

She was a member of Mt. Tabor Baptist Church. She loved her family and friends. She was a very giving person and would do anything for anyone.

In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her husband, Randy Carter and a brother, Stevie Hull. She is survived by her mother, Karen Smith of Richmond, Indiana; two sons, Dustin Carter (Jamillah) of Fort Worth, Texas and Toby Hull of Allegre; two brothers, Alex Hull of Florida and Josh Hull of Kentucky; two sisters, Jeff Ann Bengal of Ohio and Terri Lynn of Indiana and ten grandchildren.

Visitation with the Carter family will be on Tuesday, January 28th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Dustin Carter officiating. Interment will follow at the Mt. Tabor Cemetery in Elkton.
