The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Larry Thompson.
Mr. Thompson, age 74 of Allensville, passed away on Monday, August 14th at his current residence in Trenton, Kentucky.
He was born November 13, 1948 in Bowling Green, Kentucky son of the late James and Frances Sweat Thompson.
He was the retired owner and farmer at Long Vue Farms in Allensville. He loved farming, traveling, antique car collecting, shooting sports and spending time with family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and one brother, Lewis Thompson. He is survived by his wife, Christine Thompson of Washago, Ontario Canada; three daughters, Michelle Thompson White (Stephen) of Allensville, Mandy Thompson Bryant (Billy) of Adams, Tennessee and Lorilee Thompson Rager of Clarksville, Tennessee; a nephew, Craig Burgess (Jan) of Franklin, Tennessee that he loved like a son; one stepdaughter, Jordyn Cutting (Keevin) of Bracebridge, Ontario Canada; one stepson, Nicholas Lipsett (Brittany) of Washago, Ontario Canada; one sister, Elaine Thompson of Franklin, Tennessee; six grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
A private Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
