Leslie Woods Obituary
Leslie Carl Woods, age 77 of Guthrie, passed away on Friday, January 28th at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.
He was born November 8, 1944 in Todd County, Kentucky son of the late Lewis and Bessie Abney Woods.
He was a member of the Tiny Town Baptist Church and a Veteran of the United States Army. He loved his church, family and enjoyed doing handyman work.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by one brother, James McNelly and one sister, Beulah Mae Wheeler. He is survived by one sister, Janie K. Burchett of Guthrie.
Visitation with the Woods family will be held on Sunday, February 6th from 2:00 until Celebration of Life Service time at 3:00 at the Tiny Town Baptist Church in Guthrie with Reverend Buck Tidwell officiating.
