Linda Shumake

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Ms. Linda Shumake.  

Ms. Linda Shumake, age 65 of the Claymour Community, passed away on Thursday, June 15th at her home. 

She was born April 15, 1958 in Todd County, Kentucky the daughter of the late James Mallory and Martha Shemwell.  

She attended Stokes Chapel Church. She loved her family, shopping, dancing and growing flowers.  

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Jerry Shumake.  She is survived by one son, Jonathan Shumake (Amanda) of Sharon Grove; one brother, James P. Mallory of Claymour; two sisters, Patricia Lee of Pembroke and Wanda Mallory of Claymour and two grandchildren.  

Visitation with the Shumake family will be held on Monday, June 19th from 11:00 until funeral service time at 2:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Gant Cemetery.
