The Cook-Webb Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Ms. LuCanza Kay.
Ms. LuCanza Kay, age 63 of Guthrie, passed away on Saturday, July 13th at her home.
LuCanza was born September 30, 1960 in Fort Campbell, Kentucky, daughter of Paul and Sandra Russell Kay.
She loved her family, friends, playing cards and listening to music.
She was preceded in death by her father, Paul Kay and a brother, Kenneth Kay. She is survived by her mother, Sandra Kay of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sons, Derrick Kay (Kim) of Indianapolis, Indiana and Lamar Warfield of Guthrie; a daughter, Tamekia Baker of Louisville, Kentucky; four brothers, Ricky Kay of Radcliff, Kentucky, Gary Kay, Brandon Kay and Byron Kay all of Indianapolis, Indiana; two sisters, Angela Kay Lewis of Guthrie and Caryn Moss of Indianapolis, Indiana; nine grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
The family chose cremation. There will be a memorial service in Indianapolis, Indiana at a later date.
