Nancy Bivens-Waggoner

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Ms. Nancy Bivens-Waggoner.

Ms. Nancy Bivens-Waggoner, age 76 of Hopkinsville, passed away on Saturday, September 13th at her home.

Nancy was born February 14, 1949, in Hopkinsville, Kentucky daughter of the late JD Bivens and Daisy Watkins Bivens.

She was Baptist by faith, and she worked in the finance industry where she dedicated her life for over 50 years. She enjoyed traveling around the world, gardening and was known for her decorating skills. She loved her family and enjoyed spending time with them.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a brother, Willous Dean Bivens and a sister, Christine Bivens-Kiser. She is survived by a son, Jeff Outland (Tammy) of Lebanon, Tennessee and a sister, Carolyn Bivens of Hopkinsville.

A private graveside service will be held for the family.
