The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mrs. Norma Hooper.
Mrs. Hooper, age 65 of Kuttawa, Kentucky and formerly of Elkton, passed away on Saturday, May 25th at the Landmark of Kuttawa Nursing Home.
She was born May 4, 1959, in Crofton, Kentucky daughter of the late Elmer and Ruby Simpson.
She was a homemaker, and she loved her family, coloring, cooking and reading her bible.
Mrs. Hooper was preceded in death by her parents as well as one son, David Sparkman, one brother, Elmer Lee Simpson, Jr. and one sister, Deborah Hale. She is survived by her husband, Michael Barnes of Kuttawa; two daughters, Kristina Hernandez-Rojas of Hopkinsville and Candice Sparkman of Jacksonville, Florida; one brother, Kenneth Simpson of Quincey, Illinois and three grandchildren.
It was Mrs. Hooper's request to be cremated. There are no public services planned at this time.
