Paul Proctor

Paul E. Proctor, age 77 of Elkton, passed away on Saturday, December 18^th at Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes.

He was born November 9, 1944 in Hopkins County, Kentucky the son of the late James and Amanda Foster Proctor.

He was the former caretaker of Bells Chapel Church and cemetery. He loved his family and enjoyed doing yardwork, eating and playing with his nieces and nephews.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a sister, Shirley Gibson. He is survived by his loving sister, Mary Groves of Elkton.

Visitation with the family will be on Wednesday, December 22^nd  from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Bells Chapel Cemetery in Elkton.
