The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Penny Alison Fagen.

Penny Alison Fagen, age 72 of Oak Grove, passed away on Wednesday, August 14th at the Hearthstone Place in Elkton.

Penny was born July 21, 1952 in Guam the daughter of the late John William and Gladys Davis Gipner.

She was preceded in death by her parents. She is survived by two sons, Damon Fagen of Oak Grove, Kentucky and Erik Fagen (Monica) of Lebanon, Tennessee; one daughter, Kori Coleman (Kevin) of Clarksville, Tennessee; one brother, Michael Gipner (Noralea) of Martinez, California; one sister, Stacey Carver (Robert) of Walnut Creek, California and two grandchildren.

The family chose cremation. There are no services scheduled at this time.
