Raul "Roy" Rios

The Todd County Funeral Home of Elkton is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Raul "Roy" Quiroz Rios.

Mr. Raul "Roy" Rios, age 75 of Fairview, passed away on Tuesday, November 15^th at the Jennie Stuart Medical Center in Hopkinsville of natural causes. 

He was born February 21, 1947 in Menard, Texas the son of the late Benito Rios and Polly Quiroz.

He was a Vietnam Veteran of the United States Army. He loved his family, fishing and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents.  He is survived by two sons; Justin Rios (Raquel) of Hopkinsville and Roy Rios Jr. of Texas; one daughter, Vanessa Konzelmann of Virginia Beach, Virginia and four grandchildren. 

Visitation with the Rios family will be held on Monday from 11:00 until funeral service time at 12:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home with Reverend Gary Chapman officiating. Interment will be at 2:00 at the Kentucky Veterans Cemetery West in Hopkinsville.
