Van Smith Obituary

The Todd County Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Van Smith.

Mr. Van Smith, age 73 of Trenton, passed away on Thursday, November 28th at his home.

Mr. Smith was born July 4, 1951 in Alabama son of the late Virginia Hester.

Van was a retired tool and die maker. He enjoyed carpentry, hunting, fishing, airplanes and loved his grandchildren.

In addition to his mother, he was preceded in death by a stepson, Shannon Atkinson. He is survived by his fiancé, Kathy Moles of Trenton; two stepsons, Travis Bryan of Russellville and Trey Bryan of Bowling Green; two stepdaughters, Casey Higgins of Hendersonville, Tennessee and Amy Davis of Madison, Tennessee; ten grandchildren and eight great grandchildren.

It was his wish to be cremated. There will be no services at this time.
