Wayne Leavell

The Cook - Webb Funeral Home is honored to have been called to serve the family of Mr. Wayne "Mongoose" Leavell. 

Wayne "Mongoose" Leavell, age 66 of Guthrie, passed away on Wednesday, October 18th at his home. 

He was born January 7, 1957, in Ft. Campbell, Kentucky the son of Douglas and Pauline Whittaker Leavell. 

He was retired from Ardco. He loved his family, friends and motorcycle riding.  

He was preceded in death by his mother, Pauline Leavell. He is survived by his father, Douglas Leavell of Guthrie; one daughter, Brandy Crawford of Springfield, Tennessee; three sisters, Debbie Davenport of Clarksville, Tennessee, Pamela Redfern of Elkton and Patricia Turgeon of Guthrie and one grandchild.  

Visitation with the Leavell family will be on Monday, October 23rd from 11:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Cook-Webb Funeral Home with Shane Hessey officiating. Interment will follow at the Highland Cemetery in Guthrie.
