I am so sorry for the loss of your loved one. Please be comforted by the promise that one day soon death, mourning, and pain will be gone from the earth forever (Revelation 21:3,4) Until that time, may the love and support of friends and family help to ease the pain of your loss.

Rev & Family: My sincere deepest sympathy to you and family for the loss of Sis Kirby (known to me as Girlfriend). I shall never forget her phone call to me when I lost my husband a few months ago. She took the time to call me immediately and prayed a prayer that I shall never forget. Her words were so consoling and I will leave these words that she left with me "absent from this body is to present with the Lord." May God Bless and keep you in His care, as you will see Girlfriend again. Love you, Barbara Lightning Howze, Houston, Tx.

We will never forget you and your kindness towards us. You took me as a sister and my girls as your nieces with a huge heart of love. I will never forget how we met in Georgetown, SC and remained friends. Until we meet again, Rest in Heaven!

Pastors William, Morris, David and all the family. I am so sad to hear of the passing of my precious friend and sister in ministry who I lovingly called "Rev Bev." Please know the entire family is in my thoughts & prayers. I grieve with you as I celebrate ALL she did in the Kingdom of God. She will be greatly missed but not forgotten by so many. May we all remember the blessed comfort Jesus promised for all who mourn. God be with you during this time of loss. Earth has no sorrow that heaven cannot heal!

I, too, cannot believe that I would be writing this. However, Ann, my friend of 49 years, a great servant and a child of the Most High King was definitely one of the best friends I have ever had. My prayer is that God bless husband and entire family and give comfort and peace. I am so grateful to have crossed paths with Ann who is now rejoicing in the arms of Jesus. All I can say is "Rest On", Annie, I'll see you later. Pat Potts Brooks, Oklahoma City, OK.

A servant friend in the ministry, and a strong mouth piece for God, whom she loved dearly. Minister B. Kirby has completed her labor down here, she has fought a good fight, kept the faith and finished the course of a good soldier.. God has called her to His red carpet to receive her crown of honor and eternal life. Family, praying God' s comfort, love, and peace to sustain each of you in this season.

My sincere condolences and prayers Pastor Kirby and family! Ann and I have been friends since childhood. Actually in Girl Scouts together and I was a bridesmaid in her first wedding! Reading FB posts have encouraged my heart during this sad time, seeing just how many lives she touched. Last week as the nation relived the 9/11 tragedy and I watched various reports on tv, I could not help but remember that we were together on that fateful day in Tennessee at a Cracker Barrel having breakfast and catching up on years of separation, oblivious to the fate of our nation! The last time I saw you we were in Atlanta at Pascal's Resturant having lunch. We loved to eat! Lol! And you loved to travel. You and Pastor Kirby would hit that highway in a heartbeat! I'm sorry that I did not reach out more especially after seeing all of the in/out if the hospital posts over the past year! Take your rest my friend! My prayer is that we will feast again with Jesus! I look forward to the day if His blessed return!

Beverly Ann, I didn't get a chance to say "see you later", but I know you are rejoicing and shouting of the newness of your new life. To pastor Kirby and children, let it be known that God will wipe away your tears, let it be known that weeping may endure for a night but joy will come in the morning. May God give you the comfort of His peace knowing that you will understand it better bye and bye. Love you much!

We write to express our condolences with you and your family during this your time of grief. May this scripture bring you hope and comfort during this time as it did our family. Isaiah 26:19 “Your dead will live. My corpses will rise up. Awake and shout joyfully, You residents in the dust! For your dew is as the dew of the morning, And the earth will let those powerless in death come to life." That's our loving God's promise.

Ann, I cannot believe I am writing this. You were a part of my childhood. I am remembering us at Mount Rose. We lost contact and connected again at Friendship. And once again we lost contact but connected again on Facebook. I am going to miss your inspirational post. RIP my friend
