I remember him as a teen girl and as a grown woman he was one of the sweetest men in Guthrie I never seen him in a bad mood always kind sad for the Webb Family loss He was a gem

Bill, Betty, Billy, Dee Dee I am sorry to hear this about Bootsie's passing, he was such a true Southern gentleman that always made the person he was talking to feel like the only person in the room, a rare gift for sure!!
