Rachel Marie Sharp

Mrs. Rachel Marie Sharp, age 33 of Russellville, passed away on Saturday morning June 6^th at the Skyline Medical Center in Nashville, Tennessee of natural causes.

She was born January 2, 1982 in Sterling, Illinois the daughter of the late William and Elizabeth Kirksey Edwards.  She was a member of New Light Church and she loved her children and family.  She was studying to be a Medical Assistant at the Daymar College.

She was preceded in death by her parents.  She is survived by her husband James Sharp of Russellville; one son Jonathan Sharp of the home; two daughters Maelynna and Taylor Sharp both of the home as well as three sisters Stacey Adams of Sterling, Illinois, Patty Dukes of Lewisburg and her twin Rebecka Ditsworth of Russellville.

Visitation with the Sharp family will be on Thursday from 10:00 until funeral service time at 1:00 at the Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Service.  Funeral services are scheduled to be conducted on Thursday afternoon at 1:00 in the Rose Chapel of the Todd County Funeral Home & Cremation Service with Shane Hessey officiating.  Interment will follow at Stokes Chapel Cemetery in Elkton.

There will be a luncheon at the Daymar College in Russellville following the interment.
